Lingerie and Shape Wear Garments:
Due to the hygienic nature of these products and United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence products after the original package has been opened.
Due to the sanitary nature of these products, we do not offer returns on these items. We are happy to accept exchanges if a garment was sent to you with a manufacturers defect or if the order received was incorrect. Please contact us within 48-hours of receipt. We will send you a mailing label, please include your product packing slip. Lingerie and shapewear must be returned, unworn with tags still attached. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection
The original credit card or PayPal account used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
Non-Lingerie and Shape Wear Garments:
We are happy to accept returns for Non-Lingerie and Shape Wear Garments. Please contact us within 48-hours of receipt. We will send you a mailing label, please include your product packing slip. Lingerie and shapewear must be returned, unworn with tags still attached.
Refunds will be offered if you’ve placed an order and we are out of stock. Partial or Full refund will be applied back to your original purchase. We do offer in-store credit.

Orders must be returned to the return address listed on your packing slip.
There will be a form enclosed with your order, it must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please contact us at email@example.com
Please be advised that , all returned panties and other garments with a crotch are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.

Refunds on beauty products will only be given where they are returned in their original condition, unopened and with the seal intact.
We cannot accept returns on hosiery once packs have been opened.
We do not give refunds on gift Certificate purchases.
We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
